1. Overview & Purpose
RejuvaCare LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) on eligible purchases made through rejuvacare.com. This Guarantee is designed to give customers (“You”) the opportunity to experience the intended benefits of our products over a meaningful trial period before making a final determination about satisfaction.
This Guarantee is not a blanket, unconditional refund offer. It is a structured satisfaction program with specific eligibility requirements, conditions, and limitations that must be met in order to qualify. By placing an order, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Guarantee.
This Guarantee is governed by and should be read in conjunction with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this document and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the more specific provision shall control.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Who Qualifies
This Guarantee is available to customers who meet all of the following conditions:
• The purchase was made directly through rejuvacare.com (orders placed through third-party retailers, resellers, or marketplaces are excluded).
• The customer is the original purchaser and end user of the product.
• The customer has not previously received a refund under this Guarantee for any prior order (see Section 7: One Refund Per Household).
2.2 Eligible Products
This Guarantee applies to standard product purchases only. The following are excluded from this Guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Free promotional items, bonus gifts, or sample products included with an order.
• Shipping charges (all shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance).
• Products purchased as part of a bundle or kit where individual item pricing was not listed (the bundle as a whole may be returned, but individual components cannot be returned separately for partial refunds).
• Products obtained through unauthorized channels, resale, or transfer from the original purchaser.
3. Mandatory 90-Day Trial Period
3.1 Full Trial Required
To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, the customer must use the product as directed and as intended for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days beginning from the carrier-confirmed delivery date (“Trial Period”). Refund requests submitted before the completion of the 90-day Trial Period will be denied.
This requirement exists because our products are formulated and designed to deliver results through sustained, consistent use. The efficacy of our products cannot be fairly evaluated without completing the full recommended trial period. Early dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund under this Guarantee.
3.2 Grace Period
A one-time courtesy grace period of up to ten (10) calendar days following the end of the 90-day Trial Period is provided to allow the customer time to contact our support team and initiate a claim. This means the customer must submit their Guarantee claim no earlier than Day 90 and no later than Day 100 from the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted outside this window (before Day 90 or after Day 100) will not be honored under this Guarantee.
3.3 Calculating the Trial Period
The Trial Period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking system records a delivery scan at the shipping address provided by the customer (“Delivery Date”). The Trial Period is not calculated from the order date, ship date, or any other date. If there is a dispute regarding the Delivery Date, the carrier’s records shall be the sole and conclusive evidence.
4. How to Submit a Guarantee Claim
4.1 Contact Our Support Team
To initiate a claim under this Guarantee, the customer must contact our support team through one of the following channels during the eligible claim window (Day 90 through Day 100):

Claims submitted through social media, third-party review platforms, or any other channel not listed above will not be accepted.
4.2 Required Information
When submitting a claim, the customer must provide:
• Full name and email address associated with the order.
• Order number or proof of purchase.
• Confirmed delivery date (from carrier tracking).
• A detailed account of the customer’s experience using the product, including how frequently it was used, the duration of use, and the specific results (or lack thereof) observed.
4.3 Experience Review & Troubleshooting
Upon receiving a Guarantee claim, our support team will review the customer’s experience and may engage in a troubleshooting process. This may include:
• Requesting additional details about the customer’s usage patterns, routines, or lifestyle factors that may have affected results.
• Providing personalized product guidance, usage tips, or adjusted recommendations to optimize results.
• Requesting photographic or other reasonable evidence of product usage.
The customer is expected to cooperate in good faith with this review process. Refusal to engage with the troubleshooting process, provide requested information, or follow reasonable guidance may result in the Guarantee claim being denied.
5. Resolution Options
If, after completing the experience review and troubleshooting process, the customer remains unsatisfied, RejuvaCare will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Resolution options may include, but are not limited to:
5.1 Personalized Product Guidance
Additional coaching, usage adjustments, or recommendations tailored to the customer’s specific situation to help improve results. This is typically the first resolution offered.
5.2 Replacement or Order Adjustment
A replacement product, alternative product, or adjustment to the customer’s order. If a replacement is provided, the customer must complete an additional 30-day trial period with the replacement before becoming eligible for any further resolution. Refusal of a replacement constitutes a waiver of the right to a refund under this Guarantee for that order.
5.3 Refund of Purchase Price
A refund of the product purchase price, subject to the deductions and limitations outlined in Section 6 below. A refund is the last resort and is issued only when RejuvaCare determines, at its sole discretion, that the other resolution options have been exhausted or are not applicable.
RejuvaCare reserves the right to determine which resolution is most appropriate. The customer does not have the unilateral right to select a refund over other resolution options. This Guarantee does not obligate RejuvaCare to issue a refund in every case.
6. Refund Terms & Deductions
6.1 What Is Refunded
If a refund is approved under this Guarantee, the refund applies only to the purchase price of the eligible product(s). The following are expressly excluded and non-refundable:
• All shipping charges (including free shipping — if free shipping was provided, the actual carrier cost incurred by RejuvaCare will be deducted from the refund).
• The retail value of any free gifts, bonus items, or promotional products received with the order.
• Any promotional discounts, coupon values, or loyalty credits applied to the order (refund is calculated on the amount actually paid, not the pre-discount price).
6.2 Restocking & Processing Fee
All refunds issued under this Guarantee are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, administrative processing, and associated operational costs.
6.3 Return of Product
RejuvaCare may, at its discretion, require the customer to return the product before a refund is processed. If a return is required:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our support team prior to shipping.
• Returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured method. Untracked returns that do not arrive at our facility will not qualify for a refund.
• The product must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the RMA number. Failure to return the product within this window voids the Guarantee claim.
6.4 Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Allow 7–12 business days for the refund to appear on the customer’s statement after approval. RejuvaCare is not responsible for processing delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
7. One Refund Per Household
This Guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per household, billing address, shipping address, payment method, email address, or customer account — whichever is most restrictive. For purposes of this policy, “household” includes any combination of the identifiers listed above that, in RejuvaCare’s reasonable determination, indicates the same individual, family, or residential unit.
Once a customer has received a refund under this Guarantee, all future orders by that customer (or any person within the same household) are final and non-refundable under this Guarantee. The standard Cancellation & Refund Policy will still apply to the extent its terms are satisfied.
8. Grounds for Denial
A Guarantee claim may be denied in any of the following circumstances:
• The claim is submitted before Day 90 or after Day 100 from the confirmed Delivery Date.
• The customer has not used the product for the full 90-day Trial Period.
• The product was not used as directed or in accordance with the recommended usage guidelines.
• The customer fails to provide proof of purchase, proof of usage, or other requested information.
• The customer refuses to cooperate with the experience review or troubleshooting process.
• The customer declines a replacement or alternative resolution offered by RejuvaCare.
• A previous refund has been issued to the same household (see Section 7).
• The order was placed through a third-party retailer, reseller, or unauthorized channel.
• The customer has filed a chargeback or payment dispute related to the order.
• The claim involves a product that was resold, transferred, gifted, or used by someone other than the original purchaser.
• RejuvaCare determines, at its sole discretion, that the claim is fraudulent, made in bad faith, or constitutes abuse of this Guarantee.
9. Chargebacks & This Guarantee
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, credit card company, or payment provider in connection with an order that is eligible for or currently being processed under this Guarantee constitutes a violation of these terms and an immediate forfeiture of all rights under this Guarantee. RejuvaCare reserves the right to contest any such chargeback, provide all relevant transaction and communication records to the payment processor, suspend the customer’s account, and pursue all legal remedies available.
Customers must exhaust the Guarantee process described in this document before seeking any external resolution. A chargeback filed before contacting RejuvaCare or before allowing a reasonable resolution period may be treated as an act of fraud.
10. EU & UK Consumer Rights
Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection regulations. This statutory right exists independently of this Guarantee. EU and UK customers may exercise whichever right is most favorable to them, but the two rights cannot be combined or stacked for the same order. Exercising the statutory withdrawal right constitutes a waiver of this Guarantee for that order, and vice versa.
11. Abuse of Guarantee
RejuvaCare actively monitors Guarantee activity to protect the integrity of this program. Patterns of behavior that suggest abuse — including but not limited to multiple accounts created to circumvent the one-refund-per-household limit, false claims of product usage, serial returns across related accounts, or attempts to obtain a refund while retaining the product — may result in:
• Immediate denial of the Guarantee claim.
• Permanent suspension of the customer’s account.
• Reporting to fraud prevention databases and services.
• Pursuit of legal action for recovery of losses and associated costs.
12. Limitation of Liability
This Guarantee does not constitute a warranty of product effectiveness or results. Individual results vary, and RejuvaCare makes no representations or warranties regarding the specific outcomes any customer will experience. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RejuvaCare’s maximum liability under this Guarantee shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the eligible product(s) on the applicable order. In no event shall RejuvaCare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Modification of Guarantee Terms
RejuvaCare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. The version of this Guarantee in effect at the time of the customer’s order will govern that transaction.
14. Governing Law
This Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from this Guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
